About the role
As a Founder Associate, you will work closely with the Executive Team of Coachbetter to streamline day-to-day operations, improve processes, and ensure the organization runs effectively and efficiently. This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, combined with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and align teams with the company’s goals. You will play a key role in building systems, managing priorities, and driving operational excellence, helping the company grow while ensuring internal processes are scalable and optimized. Responibilities
Streamlining Operations and Processes
Analyze and improve internal workflows and processes to make operations more efficient and effective. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement solutions. Document key processes to ensure consistency and scalability as the company grows.
Cross-Functional Project Management
Lead and coordinate projects across departments (e.g., sales, product, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Work with team leads to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities. Track and report on progress, ensuring accountability and clear communication across teams.
Building Internal Tools and Systems
Help implement and optimize tools (e.g., CRMs, task management systems, analytics dashboards) to improve organizational effectiveness. Ensure that teams have the resources and systems they need to work efficiently.
Data Analysis and Insights
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, track performance, and support decision-making. Present insights and recommendations to the founders and leadership team to guide strategic initiatives.
Operational Support for Leadership
Assist the founders with day-to-day priorities, ensuring that key initiatives and tasks are managed effectively. Act as a problem-solver and resource for the leadership team, helping to address immediate needs and long-term goals. Ensure smooth execution of critical business operations and act as a liaison between the founders and different teams.
Organizational Alignment and Communication
Foster better communication and collaboration between teams by aligning goals and ensuring clear messaging. Create and share operational updates, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Operational Expertise: You have experience in streamlining processes, managing priorities, and driving organizational improvements.
Strong Analytical Skills: You can gather and analyze data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
Project Management Skills: You’re skilled at leading cross-functional projects, managing competing priorities, and ensuring timely execution.
Effective Communication: You can clearly convey complex ideas, align teams, and foster collaboration across functions.
Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with tools like CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), task management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), and analytics platforms.
Startup Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
