This December CoachBetter and Playmaker Technologies have joined forces to host a 4-day elite youth camp for players seeking an opportunity to develop technical skills and improve tactical understanding of the game this off-season. In conjunction with the CoachBetter coaching staff players will train in an environment that allows them to Leverage Playmaker’s technology. Players will get an understanding of how to discover their own performance data and key stats using Playermaker.

Our methodology means player maximise the number of ball touches, techniques and skills within our practices. Whether its developing the ability to escape pressure or finding your own way to go past a defender. Our coaches will make sure all players leave the camp confident in their own ability to handle key moments in soccer matches.
Working with elite UEFA and USSF qualified coaches who will share their experience and knowledge of developing academy and professional players in both the female and male game. With experience of working with multiple professional clubs and players our coaches will give every player simple take home messages to see quick improvements in their own performances on the field.
Importantly players will take away messages and ideas that they will be able to take into their own game post camp. Our coaches experience means they will be able to adapt teaching to make sure all players have actionable feedback post the camp to apply to their own matches.
Importantly players will understand how to make best use of their Playermaker device so they can continue to benefit from the world leading technology for the upcoming season.
Players will be assessed through a standardised group-of physical and technical tests to make sure they receive feedback as specific as possible to their profile and position on the field.

Jim Ruden joins the CoachBetter staff with nearly 20 years of soccer coaching, administrative, and directorial experience in the sport. During his coaching career, Jim has coached at all levels of club soccer, the USYS Olympic Development Program, and Men’s High School soccer. He currently lives in Carmel with his wife Emily and two children Hunter (12) and Kate (10). Jim holds his UEFA B and United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma.
Mark is a highly experienced coach with over 20 year’s experience in elite youth development and Professional Football. A UEFA Pro Licence and World Cup Bronze Medal winning Head Coach he has played a key role in the development of many current female Internationals and male Premier League players. As the Technical Director for coachbetter he is leading global coach education for the company combined with creating pathways and development opportunities for players all over the World.
Jannik is a UEFA B licensed soccer coach from Germany, brings diverse coaching experience with youth worldwide. He led training sessions at Jozi Talent Sports Management in South Africa and contributed significantly at a German soccer academy, nurturing players into successful professionals in Germany. Passionate soccer coach with huge experience despite his young age.

Our camp is designed for Players born between 2012-2016.
No, if you have purchased a Playermaker device you can use the straps and app for a year for free. You can take it home and measure your performance after you completed the camp.
Our coaching staff understands that families and players can have busy schedule. Our staff will work with players who may have to arrive late, leave early, or miss.
Safety is our top priority. We have trained staff, medical personnel on standby, and strict safety protocols in place to ensure a secure environment for all participants. We require an emergency contact for each participant.
Absolutely! We encourage parents to come and see their son or daughter in action during the camp sessions.
Participants should come prepared with appropriate soccer attire, cleats, hoodies, water bottles, and any necessary medications. The camp is held inside Aletto Family Center, but be prepared for cold weather.
Yes, all the players who sign up for the camp will receive a T-shirt. Make sure to fill out the registration form to receive the correct size.
