Through coachbetter, all coaches and people in charge are networked and can exchange information on sporting and administrative topics of all teams. This means that the planned training can be shared with all coaches in advance on the platform. At the same time, the units can be communicated with the players via the coachbetter app so that they are also optimally prepared for the training.

Before the sessions are shared internally, the coaches can choose from more than 700 exercises and adapt their training individually to the performance level of their team. Exercises come mainly from the areas of technique, tactics and fitness. coachbetter also offers training packages for all age groups with different focuses in order to prepare and carry out optimal training even under time pressure.

Through the team management, the development of all 5 squad teams and individual players can be tracked. In individual player profiles each player in the squad can be created in coachbetter. In the respective profiles the development of the players can be transparently tracked. Each player (or parent) has access to his or her profile via coachbetter app; this enables an efficient feedback culture and good training preparation. In addition, the app offers the possibility to communicate attendances and absences.

Visualization makes it much easier for players to understand what they cannot see themselves. Videos can be uploaded, edited and tagged directly in the platform. Individual sequences of a game or training session can then be analyzed and shared directly with the player's individual profile in the app.
